The electrical control system adopts PLC centralized control, and the man-machine dialogue is carried out by the touch screen. Set and display working parameters according to different product slitting requirements.

The unwinding tension adopts the active automatic tension control system of servo motor.

The raw material seat is fixed with (unwinding) non-shaft gas top, which is suitable for various specifications of cylinder inner diameter.

Automatic unwinding correction.

This machine is a surface-driven winding tension mode.

The winding is of single-arm type, and each winding station has an independent tension function (cylinder mode). The tension can be fine-tuned separately for films with uneven thickness or cutting different widths.

Automatic meter counting device.
