    Use

    Drying Department
    The closed oven can be used to save energy by secondary return air, with multiple return air. There is a cyclone layout on the whole width. The solvent is fully volatilized from the inside to the table. The negative pressure design of the whole oven, the hot air does not blow out the oven, and the segmented automatic constant temperature control is conducive to the full volatilization of the solvent. The high wind speed can create a drying method with low and gradually high wind speed. The front exhaust air discharge the initial volatilization does not participate in the waste gas does not participate in the secondary circulation to ensure safety. The oven cover is opened pneumatically.

    UV device
    The water cooling roller type is adopted to ensure the uniformity of the whole width; UV: high pressure mercury lamp, metal halide lamp.

    Composite device
    The high-pressure resultant force three-roller type is adopted to ensure that the whole width of the pressing force is uniform. Separate driving and closed-loop tension control can ensure the same tension compound with the composite film. The finished product is flat. The temperature of the precision heat roller is automatically controlled by the heating system. The pneumatic clutch mechanism has adjustable pressure and fast clutch. When the double pressure roller is clutched, the double rollers are automatically separated at the same speed and the substrate.

    Water cooling forced circulation, excellent cooling effect.

    Rewinding Department
    The material roll is supported by shaftless gas top. The winding mode is the active type of AC vector control, which can generate zero tension control. It has stable output at low speed and high speed. Low friction cylinder tension detection, tension adjustment is function curve correction, rotary frame is automatically turned over and positioned, and unlocking function is available in case of emergency. Independent tension closed-loop control can generate stable winding tension. The central computer controls the man-machine interface operation to be linked with the host.
