Unwinding: Includes 1st unwinding and 2nd unwinding with safety stirrup and air shaft supporting the reel. 

Coating: Anilox coating with quantitative transfer of glue; three-direction adjustment of scraper; independent drive control; swing arm type pneumatic press roll.

Glue evening device: Independent continuous drive; surface line contact for glue evening; large speed difference device for glue evening

Dryer: air return system for energy saving; three sections of temperature zones, which features automatic temperature control system and contributes to solvent evaporation. The exhaust air equipment is set up near the entrance of dryer, which discharges volatilized solvent in order to avoid exhaust gas participating in the second air circulation and ensure safety.

Laminating: The high-pressure joint force three-roll design ensures uniform pressing force across the whole width; the pressure of the pneumatic clutch mechanism of the double press rolls is adjustable and simultaneous clutching is available; the hot roll temperature is controlled by the heating oil circulating system.

Preheating: The active preheating roll ensures that the composite membrane and the base material are compounded under the same temperature to prevent curling due to cooling.

Cooling: Forced water cooling circulation

Rewinding: Safety stirrup and air shaft supports the reel.

Lighting system: LED

Tension system: Five-stage tension control of the whole machine with accurate and reliable full-closed loop control system.

Electrostatic elimination system: Self-discharge electrostatic eliminator

Heating Method: Options of thermal oil, steam, electricity, natural gas with optional energy saving system
