Formation Mechanism of Adhesive Film and Composite Fastness
The dry composite film needs to be heated in an oven, especially the initial adhesion is relatively high. Film and composite fastness is mainly formed on the computer, and in the curing process can only play a supporting role. In particular, the formation of the adhesive film is mainly through the physical process of volatile drying and composite pressure. The solvent is used as a composite film with low initial adhesion. The film and composite fastness are mainly formed in the process of external curing management, while the film formation is mainly a chemical process of two-component reaction.
In the dry composite process, the curing process is usually used as an auxiliary process, and the curing temperature and time have an impact on the composite quality. Especially in the solvent-free composite process, the curing process is the key process, and the curing temperature and time have a great influence on the quality of the composite material.
